Our Policies

Things you need to keep in mind before you book an appointment

  • All booking is through website
  • You must upload inspo pictures of nails
  • 10 minute grace period for appointments – after 15 minutes the appointment will need to be rescheduled
  • We do not work on others work. Bare hands endless booked for soak off
  • You must pay a deposit. $15 non refundable deposit required to secure a spot. Deposits are pay towards your appointment cost
  • $25 cancellation fee – No shows will be prohibited from booking in the future
  • Your welcome to book in advanace
  • Cuts or injuries on figners or hands will not accept service for health purposes
  • Rescheduling more than once require $15 / deposit
  • Cancellation must be 12 hours hours prior to service
  • You can request appointments but if no availability you will be added to a waitlist and can be notified up to 12 hours before requested time.
